My most popular training services are listed below, along with my rates. I'm a professional, not a salesman. My rates are not inflated for negotiation, and I do not push huge packages of sessions at a discount. See below for an explanation of my monthly billing. 1-on-1 Fitness Training: Completely personalized training. Strength training, conditioning, mobility work, corrective and rehabilitative training, fitness nutrition advice, body and fitness assessments. Whatever you need, that's exactly what you'll get.
1-on-2 Fitness Training: The same great training as above, but with a friend! More affordable and more social, but still a great workout.
Total Fitness Makeover:
For those who need the expert guidance and accountability of a trainer, but need to train on their own time, I have a 12-Week Program. Fitness and nutrition consultation, health and wellness evaluation, long- and short-term goal setting, total 12-week program design, electronic, smartphone, or printed workouts, and a 12-week consultation. It's like having a trainer while you work out on your own time!

While I do offer individually-paid sessions, which are charged at the a la carte rate and paid at time of booking, availability is limited as I stay busy and my monthly clients own most of my schedule. The vast majority of my training services are billed monthly in advance and the fee is due on the same day each month. My clients are paying to own their time in my weekly schedule. I start by using a lower per-session rate than a la carte and multiply the number of weekly sessions as if there are exactly 4 weeks in each month. As a result, there is a built-in buffer for holidays and vacation time (4 weeks total of uncharged sessions per year), so the monthly payment and due date always stays the same. I am very diligent about working to make up missed sessions, but no payment adjustments are made for missed appointments. I keep a very stable and full clientele, and this fee structure allows me to dedicate 100% of my attention to serving my clients. It might be different from what you've seen with other trainers, but I've found that it best suits the relationships I build with my clients. I don't pad my rates or oversell my time with huge session packages with an expiration, and my clients have the incentive to show to train or make the sessions up.

One-on-One Yoga Instruction:
If you're looking to get something very specific out of your yoga practice, if you are just beginning and need a little extra help, or if you have orthopedic or other conditions that require a little extra care, I offer one-on-one yoga instruction at the same rates as my personal training offerings.
I also offer professional one-on-one boxing/kickboxing training at the same rates as my personal training services. Learn boxing fundamentals, build strength and confidence, and get an intense conditioning workout!
